BIOGRAPHY:

I have had a lifelong interest in drawing and painting and the history of art, visiting galleries and studying all genres. My interest in painting  started at school  and was encouraged by  many inspirational  art  teachers.

I studied and graduated in Architecture at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art 1967 -1973 working as an architect and ultimately as                  Director of Development with Hillcrest Housing  Association  until  my retirement in  2010.

I resumed painting in  2001  with encouragement  and  constructive  commentary from   friends and family.

Since then  I have  exhibited  in many  joint shows. In 2013 I completed the conversion of my garage into a fully functioning studio and small gallery displaying up to 50 pieces of my most current artworks. I also have many paintings in private ownership / collections in the UK but also in America, Canada, Holland & Greece

DIRECTIONS:

From Meigle travel 1/2 mile east  to Kirkinch turn off to the right.

Travel 1 mile South to Kirkinch  and my garage studio sits 40yds back from

the road immediately after the Angus boundary signpost.
